What an Awesome Dad!

Last Friday night I had to work. The kids have been begging to go to their school carnival, but I was not able to get the night off. Ryan ended up coming home, and it didn't sound like a good idea to bring all the kids by himself to the carnival. But I really should never underestimate him. He went , brought all the kids and they absolutely loved it. They are five really lucky little ones to have a Dad to do that for them. Thanks Ryan!!!We love you!

Too Many Girls!

So Cooper had his bestest friend over the other day. I realized maybe I have to many girls when I have my son walk into the room I am packing up, and there he and Gavin are dressed in drag.  They loved it and thought it was hilarious. I just started laughing. Maybe I should have waited to pack up everything in his room. The best part was when I walked back in the girls room and say Gavin helping Cooper unzip the dress he was wearing. But no worries the boys changed and started playing boy stuff.

Easter eggs and hunt

The day before Easter was a fun filled day. We had our community Easter egg hunt. It was pretty crazy this year. Of course the one day it had to rain was that morning during the hunt. And in Arizona when it rains it doesn't just sprinkle lightly. I never thought we would have needed sweatshirts for the hunt, but I am so glad we ended up having them. It was just a really COLD and rainy morning. I don't think the kids even knew though. They had so much fun grabbing eggs. This was Rylie's first time really being able to walk around and pick them up. She mostly tried to open them just to see what was inside. It was a great morning. As for dying the Easter eggs all the kids love it. They always turn out pretty cute. Ryan and I try to just let them go for it. Cooper does have a creative side to him, and he sure loves his eggs. Let's just say I found out this week how much he loves them, for about two days I was getting into our car and the smell was so over powering it was making me sick. I thought there has to be a dirty diaper. Then Maizie finally tells me, "Mom, Cooper brought his egg in the car and Madie squished it by accident." Yep there it was in the back of the set pocket. GROSS!!! It has taken a lot of cleaning and air-fresheners to get the car smelling semi- normal. But I still do LOVE Easter.

Cooper and school

Cooper is back to loving school again. Which is great!!! Ms. Tiffany is so much fun and the kids do such creative projects. Here he is today. They had there Easter day and he came home looking like s bunny and had decorated Easter Eggs. Lillie is here holding her holding her Easter bucket for her teacher.( She won't be seeing her until Sunday and I doubt there will be any candy left. I keep seeing wrappers all over the floor.)

Fun in the Sun , Already!!!!

I just love living out here. It is a huge change from where we were living about two years again.    I  LOVE THE SUN!!!! Yes, it may get hot, but you can always go inside or to the pool. So yesterday morning my friend Rosie, and I brought the kids to this new pool. It was so much fun and such a bargain. Cooper loved the slide and play areas. He did such a great job swimming around in the water. Then there was Lillie who, after a while and once she had a lifejacket on really had fun. Little Rylie just hungout with  me she just loves the water. The craziest part is even though it was 86 degrees when we left we were all freezing. I still don't get that, but we all had so much fun. I am looking forward to this summer and just hanging out at the pool!!!
