Father and Son 2009
Here are the pictures from the Father and Son campout, that our church went on. This year Ryan had invited my dad and his cousins, Eric and Tommy. Or I shoud say "Derrick" that is what Cooper calls Eric. Anyways, they all seemed to have a lot of fun. Cooper loved making hotdogs and smores and for some reason he always sleeps so well when he camps. Maybe we should throw up a tent out back.

Rockin R Ranch
Lillie and I joined Cooper and his school for their field trip last month. We all headed out to Rockin R Ranch. Cooper loved that everything was western. It reminded me of when I was a kid and would go to Rawhide. The kids panned for gold, lasso-d ( Cooper's favorite), they watched a show, and learned about indians. but I think the highlight for Cooper and Lillie was when they saw the "Ghost Rider". It was a women and horse covered in a white sheet that rode by the window. So to all the kids they thought it was really a Ghost. The kids had so much fun, Cooper is constantly asking if he can go back and bring his older sisters. It should be a fun family night!

The Dance Recital
Once again Maizie and Madie took dance from a sweet girl in our neighborhood. This was the girls third time, they just love Miss Mykee. It is always fun to watch them perform. I think Lillie and Rylie feel left out, only becuase they love to dance too. So the whole time the music was playing the two babies were dancing with us. Cooper is such a great brother. He brought the girls flowers and is just so sweet to them,( he was proud). The girls even did a cheer this time, Madie loves to cheer , and Maizie has a great voice to cheer with. We are looking forward to the future to see what the girls might choose next.

Just had to post
Here is little Lillie after she had come home from a birthday party. She was so wiped out she went up into my bed and fell fast asleep. If you are wondering what is all over her face. She had a butterfly painted on her face at the party.

Madie's School Trip
Yes, it has been a while since we have last blogged and there is a ton to catch up on. So I figured I would go back to where we ended. Last month Madie had her last field trip as a Kindergartner. We had such a fun time, all the classes went to a farm out here. The kids learned about how they milk the cows, what type of food they eat, all about different animals on the farm , they were even able to feed some. Madilyn had a nice time, the group of kids I had were so sweet , it made the whole day fun. ( Still really hot though ) Some of Madie's favorite parts were, when we saw a baby that had been born that morning, when she fed the horse, holding the chicken, riding the hay ride and of course eating the ice cream.
